- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add oil and egg.

3Let rest a few minutes.

4Add flour and salt; mix well.

5Put in oiled bowl.

6Let rise until double.

7Shape in rolls; place in greased pan.

8Let rise 30 minutes.

9Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
