- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. tepid water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pour boiling water over sugar and margarine, let cool to tepid.

2Add dissolved yeast, well-beaten egg yolks, flour and salt.

3Let rise to double in bulk.

4Grease hands with butter; pinch off rolls the size of a walnut.

5Place on shallow greased pan, press down; let rise 2 hours.

6Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Makes 48.
