- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Melt butter.

3Add beaten egg and sugar with mixer on low speed.

4Mix creamed mixture with yeast water; mix in flour.

5Place in airtight container in refrigerator overnight before using to bake.

6Stir dough down.

7Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

8Dough does not have to rise.

9Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
