- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. corn meal
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2In mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg and onion; stir in flour and corn meal.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Form in small patties.

5Fry in hot shortening until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
