- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
Directions

1Over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion until tender. Don't let skillet overheat.

2Stir in soup, milk and pepper; heat to boiling.
