- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
- 3 c. cooked shrimp or other seafood
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Toss bread crumbs with 1 tablespoon margarine.

2Cook and stir shrimp in 1/4 cup margarine until hot.

3Stir in soup, milk and lemon juice.

4Heat, stirring frequently, until hot.

5Serve over hot rice.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
