- 29 oz. can peach halves
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. pickling spice
Directions

1Drain syrup from peaches into saucepan.

2Add sugar, cider vinegar and pickling spices.

3Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Add peaches and simmer gently 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and chill, allowing fruit to stand in spiced syrup several hours or overnight.

5Serve as garnish or meat accompaniment.
