- 1 Cup strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 Cup wheat germ
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar

1In mixer bowl beat 2 eggs well add 2 cups sour milk.

2Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly then add 1/4 cup melted shortening and mix well.
