- 4 green peppers, boil 5 minutes
- 1 can corned beef hash
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with mushrooms
- 4 slices cheese or grated cheese
Directions

1Mix hash with onions and catsup.

2Stuff peppers.

3Pour sauce over all.

4Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
