  • 4 green peppers, boil 5 minutes
  • 1 can corned beef hash
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with mushrooms
  • 4 slices cheese or grated cheese

Directions

    Mix hash with onions and catsup.

    Stuff peppers.

    Pour sauce over all.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Place cheese on top and return to oven until slightly browned.
