- 3/4 to 1 c. macaroni, prepared and set aside
- olive oil (enough to cover bottom of skillet)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Healthy Request mushrooms soup
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 can water
- 1/2 block Velveeta cheese (small size)
- 1 can peas
- 2 cans water packed tuna
Directions

1Heat olive oil.

2Saute onion, garlic and celery.

3Add seasoning, mushroom soup, milk and water.

4Add cheese (cut up). Add tuna.

5Layer peas in bottom of casserole pan.

6Dot with butter.

7Layer drained macaroni.

8Pour cheese-tuna mixture over macaroni.

9Additional strips of cheese can be put on top.

10Heat in oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
