- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sesame, peanut or safflower oil
- 1 tsp. grated lemon or orange peel
- 2/3 c. yogurt
Directions

1Mix the flour, cinnamon, salt and soda.

2Combine the egg, molasses, brown sugar, oil and orange peel.

3Mix the egg mixture alternately with the yogurt to the dry ingredients.

4Pour into a buttered pan and bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated 375° oven.
