- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 15 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, place small amount of spaghetti sauce.

2Place 3 strips of uncooked noodles, lengthwise. Spread with 1/3 spaghetti sauce, 1/3 cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

3Repeat layering process twice.

4Sprinkle Romano cheese across the top.

5Cover and bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking an additional 30 minutes.

6Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

7Browned ground beef can be added to spaghetti sauce.
