Quick Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped olives (optional)
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt/pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1 large can shoestring potatoes

Directions

    Mix all items except shoestring potatoes.

    Cool in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.

    Just before serving, add shoestrings and serve immediately.

    Cheese cubes can be added for extra protein.

    This salad does not keep well so I make enough to serve once then repeat if necessary or save for leftovers.
