  • 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken
  • turkey stock
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 lg. egg,
  • egg substitute to equal

Directions

    Blend all the ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl and bake uncovered in a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan for 1 hour.
