- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) pineapple slices
- maraschino cherries
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 yellow cake mix
Directions

1Melt butter in a 10 1/2-inch iron skillet.

2Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.

3Sprinkle over butter.

4Arrange pineapple over sugar mixture.

5Place a cherry in center of pineapple slices. Sprinkle with pecans.

6Prepare cake mix according to package directions.

7Pour batter over fruit and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until tests done.

8Remove from oven and immediately invert onto serving plate.
