  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's beef broth
  • 1/4 c. Burgundy
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions

    Saute onion and garlic in hot oil for 3 minutes.
