Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can white kidney beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can black beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. white rice, cooked
Directions

1Saute onion in one teaspoon oil in large skillet or pot.

2Add all ingredients.

3Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

4Cook rice while chili is simmering.

5Complimentary proteins (rice and beans equals complete protein without meat).
