Ingredients

  • 1 can potato soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • grated onion to taste
  • onion tops or chives, finely cut
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or low-fat yogurt

Directions

    Heat soup, milk and bouillon cubes over medium-low heat.

    Add grated onion and blend.

    Let cool and fold in sour cream.

    Chill well.
