  • 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. soy flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. honey

Directions

    Stir dry ingredients together.

    Blend liquid ingredients; pour into the dry and blend well.

    Pour into a well oiled loaf pan. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour until a toothpick comes out clean.
