- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. soy flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
Directions

1Stir dry ingredients together.

2Blend liquid ingredients; pour into the dry and blend well.

3Pour into a well oiled loaf pan. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour until a toothpick comes out clean.
