- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour, unsifted
Directions

1Empty yeast in warm water.

2Melt margarine with sugar; cream together with egg in a large bowl.

3Add yeast, water and flour. Stir until well mixed.

4Put into greased muffin pans.

5Bake at 350° to 375° for 20 minutes or so (dough can be refrigerated for several days in an airtight container).
