  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. very warm water
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 c. self-rising flour, unsifted

Directions

    Empty yeast in warm water.

    Melt margarine with sugar; cream together with egg in a large bowl.

    Add yeast, water and flour. Stir until well mixed.

    Put into greased muffin pans.

    Bake at 350° to 375° for 20 minutes or so (dough can be refrigerated for several days in an airtight container).
