- 1 pkg. yeast
- 4 Tbsp. sugar (I use more)
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add other ingredients in order listed.

3Use enough flour to make batter spoon easy.

4Bake in greased muffin pans at 425°.

5Makes approximately 2 dozen rolls. Use as much as you need, then store the rest of the batter in the refrigerator, covered.

6Keeps for 2 weeks.
