  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 lightly beaten eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)
