Quickie Caramel Rolls

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed partially
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)

Directions

    Cut loaf of dough into bite size pieces with sharp scissors or knife.

    Arrange in a buttered 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Mix the dry pudding, brown sugar, oleo, milk and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the bread cubes.

    If you're using nuts, sprinkle them on top. Cut the second loaf like the first.

    Arrange on top of the brown sugar mixture.

    Let rise until doubled in bulk and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

    To eat, simply pull pieces apart.

    Best while still warm.
