- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 2 c. fruit (your choice)
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients well, then add milk, making thin batter. Place butter in an 8-inch baking dish and melt.

2Pour the thin batter over melted butter.

3Do not stir! Place 2 cups fruit of your choice (fresh or canned, drained) over the batter and sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar or less.
