  • 250 g Quinoa
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 large Yellow Onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small can tomato Paste
  • 1 Chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 150 g Parmesan
  • half cup Milk/Cream

Place Quinoa in a pot and add water so that it covers the quinoa by a little less than an inch. Then bring to boil until the quinoa has a vermicular appearance. If it looks like its drying up and needs some more time simply add some more water.","4":"3. In the meantime finely chop the onions and fry them with some olive oil, but do not colour them. Once soft add the garlic and fry for a minute. Then add the tomato paste.","6":"4. Season the onion tomato mixture with salt, pepper and oregano.","8":"5.
