- 2 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 3 whole Ripe Bananas, Mashed
- 1 cube Sugar
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa, Cooled
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray loaf pans. I used 3 mini loaf pans but you could use 1 egular-sized loaf pan.

2Measure dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together. In another bowl. mix eggs, bananas, sugar, and butter. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir in quinoa.

3Bake for 45-50 minutes. If using a large pan, add 10 minutes.
