- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine quinoa, oil, honey and salt. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2Bake at 375 for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring occasionally until quinoa is crisp. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool.

3Transfer to an airtight container and use within one month.
