  • 130 g tuna in water, drained (or any other fish)
  • 12 cup quinoa
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Prepare quinoa as usual.

    (This is not included in prep time).

    In a small bowl combine all ingredients.

    Work the mixture with your hands till the ingredients combine into one slightly stick mass.

    Shape into two patties.

    Fry on a ceramic frying pan for 10 minutes (or until patties are a dark brown on the bottom), flip over, and fry for another 5 to 8 minutes.

    Best served warm.
