- 130 g tuna in water, drained (or any other fish)
- 12 cup quinoa
- 1 egg
Directions

1Prepare quinoa as usual.

2(This is not included in prep time).

3In a small bowl combine all ingredients.

4Work the mixture with your hands till the ingredients combine into one slightly stick mass.

5Shape into two patties.

6Fry on a ceramic frying pan for 10 minutes (or until patties are a dark brown on the bottom), flip over, and fry for another 5 to 8 minutes.

7Best served warm.
