- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pinch of salt
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Directions

1Cook quinoa according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients (except pizza sauce) in a mixing bowl. Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture into lightly oiled mini muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm with pizza sauce.
