- 2 Bananas, ripe
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp White Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Quinoa
- 1 Salt, to Taste
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cup Milk
Directions

1Rinse and drain quinoa thoroughly

2Bring water and quinoa to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring occasionally.

3Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

4Reminder from heat.

5Blend together milk, bananas, sugar, honey, and salt.

6Pour the milk mixture into the saucepan with the quinoa.

7Place pan on medium heat.

8Cook and stir, 5 to 10 minutes, until smooth.
