Romilda'S Courgettes

  • 1 kg courgettes (zucchini)
  • 1 big bunch of sage
  • 5 shallots
  • 1/2 glass dry white wine
  • 1/2 glass white wine vinegar
  • Sunflower oil

Directions

    Cut the courgettes in 1 cm slices, then cut the slices in quarters.

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry courgettes, onions and sage until golden.
  3. 3
    Drain the oil, put the pan back on the fire and add wine and vinegar, cook full power for a minute or two, until the juice is reduced.
