  • 1 grapefruit twist
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1/2 ounce Campari
  • 2 ounces reposado tequila
  • 1/2 ounce Punt e Mes (spicy sweet vermouth)
  • 1/2 ounce Carpano Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth
  • Dash of mole bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 orange twist, for garnish

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grapefruit twist and sugar cube with the Campari.

    Add the tequila, both vermouths and the bitters and shake well.
  3. 3
    Pour into a double rocks glass, add crushed ice and garnish with the orange twist.
