- salt and pepper
- 6 Tbsp. butter or bacon fat
- 6 medium potatoes, sliced or noodles
Directions

1Place rabbit pieces overnight in a marinade made of the ale, Worcestershire, garlic, bay leaves, spices, onion and carrot.
