  • 1 kg chicken boneless
  • 1 thumb size ginger
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 15 grams coriander chopped
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Green chillllies, finely chopped for garnish
  • 1 Fresh coriander finely chopped for garnish
  • 1 fresh ginger finely striped for garnish
  • 1/2 cup water

    In a food processor finely chop .

    Mix the chopped ingredients with lime juice and yoghurt.

    Add chili powder.

    Mix well and then add the chicken to the marinade.

    Put the chicken in the fridge for 1/2 hour.

    Chop the onion in the food processer and then fry it until it is soft.

    Cook the chicken until it changes the colour and separate from oil.
