- 6 3/4 tablespoons water
- 2 cups milk powder
- 1 11/16 cups coconut + extra for rolling
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons coffee plain biscuits, milk, or sim., processed into fin
- roasted hazelnuts Whole, 120 g
Directions

1Put sugar and water into a saucepan, bring to boil.

2When sugar dissolves, add milk powder, coconut and biscuit crumbs.

3Take off the heat and mix well. Cool slightly.

4Cut butter into small pieces, add to the mixture and mix vigorously until incorporated. Refrigerate until firm.

5Take 1/2 tbs of the mixture, put a hazelnut in the middle and roll between your palms to form a ball.

6Throw into a bowl with some coconut, shake and roll to coat each ball. Refrigerate until firm.
