- 3 green peppers (mangos)
- 1 red firm mango
- 4 onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Combine sugar, vinegar and spices.

2Mix until sugar dissolves. Place vegetables in pan and mix thoroughly.

3Pour sugar mixture over vegetables and bring to a boil.

4Stir and put in jars and seal at once.

5Do not boil over 2 minutes for firmness.
