Rainbow Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. rainbow rotini
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 medium cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/4 c. or more pimento, chopped

Directions

    Cook rotini in water until tender (about 8 minutes).

    Drain and cool in cold water until real cool.

    Drain.

    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over rotini.

    Stir now and then. Refrigerate.

    I mix the ingredients while the rotini is cooking and cooling.

    The big Tupperware marinade container is great to keep it in.

    It's so handy to turn it over and shake gently to stir it.
