Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh pork
- 1 lb. lean beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 slices bread (I use dry bread made into crumbs)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 small can whole mushrooms
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Place in refrigerator for several hours (overnight).

3Form into balls and brown in small amount of shortening.

4Place in pan with lid along with the soups mixed together and pour over meatballs.

5Bake for 2 hours at 300°.

6Makes 75 small meatballs.
