  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. crushed black walnuts
  • 1 c. seedless raisins
  • 3/4 c. dark Karo syrup

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar and butter.

    Beat until fluffy; add syrup and beat again until fluffy.

    Add nuts and vanilla and beat; add raisins and beat gently.

    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 375°
