Raisin Bread Pudding

  • 5 slices white bread (Toasted)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cup seedless raisin
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 12 cups evaporated milk (liquid)
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

    Butter toast and cut into cubes.

    Alternate layers of bread and raisins in a greased baking dish 9 x 9.

    Mix salt,sugar,eggs,milk and water in a medium bowl.

    Pour over layers and let stand about 20 minutes.

    Combine cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle over top of pudding.

    Bake in preheated oven 325F for 25 - 30 minutes or until firm.
