- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. butter
Directions

1Place in saucepan in order given, heat until butter is melted. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

2Bake at 400° for 5 minutes, then reduce oven to 350° and bake for 30 minutes.

3Beat the egg whites with 3 tablespoons sugar, place on top of pie and bake at 325° until brown.
