Directions

1Beat egg with rotary beater until fluffy. Add other ingredients, beating meanwhile.

2Pour over raisins, sprinkled in the bottom of tart pastry in tart pans.

3Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes until tops are firm and tan in color.

4Makes about 1 dozen tarts.
