- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 large baking apples, cored
Directions

1Mix the first 4 ingredients.

2Peel off a strip around top of apples.

3Place apples in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish; fill centers with nut mixture.

4Microcook, covered, until tender, 5 to 6 minutes; give dish a half turn twice.

5Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
