- 2 envelopes dry yeast
- 1/3 c. powdered milk
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. warm milk
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Combine yeast, dry milk, honey, molasses, salt and oil in a large bowl.

2Stir in warm milk (very warm).

3Blend well about 30 seconds.

4Blend the flour (both) in a medium size bowl.

5Stir 1 1/2 cups of flour mix into the yeast mixture.

6Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

7Stir in another 1/2 cup of flour; beat 1 minute. Beat in raisins, walnuts and remaining flour.

8Should be a heavy sticky dough.

9Preheat oven to 375°.

10Turn dough into a well-greased pan.

11Cover and let rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
