  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

    Boil raisins well and drain.

    Melt butter; add sugar and vinegar.

    Mix well.

    Add eggs, raisins and nuts.

    Mix well by hand.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
