  • 2 1/2 c. reduced-fat baking and pancake mix
  • 1 c. shredded wheat-bran cereal
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. golden raisins

Directions

    Combine the baking mix, shredded cereal and sugar in a large bowl.

    Beat together milk and eggs in medium-size bowl.

    Pour milk mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist; do not overmix.
