Raisin Pecan Pie

- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

3Blend in milk, spices, vinegar, nuts, and vanilla.

4Boil raisins in enough water to cover them for approximately 5 minutes.

5Drain and add to pie mixture.

6Pour into pie shell.

7Bake for 40 minutes at 350° or until pie is firm.

8Top with whipped cream, if desired.
