- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
- 2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cook raisins and water covered, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in mixture of sugar and flour; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until boiling.

2Boil one minute.

3Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice (more if desired).
