  • 1 box raisins
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Cover raisins with water.

    Boil until plump; drain.

    Add butter, sugar, whipped egg whites, egg yolks, vanilla and vinegar. Stir until well mixed.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Cover with pie shell and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
