  • 2 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • grated rind of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 orange (juice)
  • grated rind 1/2 orange
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook raisins 5 minutes.

    Mix sugar and cornstarch.

    Add to raisins.

    Cook until thick, about 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.

    Bake between 2 crusts for 30 to 35 minutes at 425°.
